Green Card on EB2
Anyone applying for a green card on EB2? Please join the line and oh if you are an Indian national, please note that the wait time will just be 8 years. Take a look at the visa bulletin for January’ 2008. Here is another excerpt from the same bulletin: “It is likely that the annual limit for this category will be reached within the next few months, at which time the category would become “unavailable” for the remainder of fiscal year 2008.” Unbelievable!

My gosh, 8 years! I guess the only other possibility would be a EB5? but that takes 500.000 Dollars!
Yep, if you have that much money you are probably better off investing it in an emerging economy.

Thanks! WordPress definitely has better themes than Blogger, but they have their limitations. Can’t use any java-script widgets & of course no ad sense for ads.

Well, just don’t get carried away by the dates now. Once the July 07 numbers start hitting it will probably take for ever.
Is there someway I can find out the latest priority date that received an I485 approval? Thanks!

Thanks PV. That helped. Gives me an idea of where I stand.
I found some bad news on trackitt. I found that folks who have PD’s and/or 485 application dates later than mine have received their 485 approvals and my case doesn’t even have an LUD in the last 75 days. I’m stunned; worried sick. Do you think I should call them up? Is there a chance they would give me an Infocall opportunity?
